A multi faceted business, Busy Music Inc is a growing force in today's highly competitive entertainment industry. Since being formed in 1999 by J.R. Vautour, (CCMA, ECMA, JUNO nominated recording artist), Busy Music has become one of Canada's most highly regarded entertainment companies. Busy Music specializes in record producing, artist consultation, national radio tracking and promoting artists from coast to coast.

Busy Music was initially established as an avenue for J.R. to release albums on his own record label. His self titled debut CD "J.R. Vautour" was released in 2000, followed by his sophomore CD "The New Me" in 2003 and his third album "Break" was released in the fall of 2006. These projects combined, have scored several top 10 & 20 hits on Canadian country radio and CMT (Country Music Television) as well as gaining recognition from the CCMA, JUNO and ECMA respectively.

In 2004, with loads of personal experience and success under his belt, J.R. was looking to broaden and expand Busy Music by working with other artists. He soon accomplished this goal when he had the opportunity to produce & co produce Damian Marshall and Melanie Morgan's debut CD's. In the summer of 2006 J.R. took his vision of expanding the company one step further by hiring artist relations/radio promotion specialist Darren Richard. Not long after Busy Music opened a National radio promotions division that now represents some of Canada's finest recording artists from coast to coast.

In keeping with his desire to have Busy Music continue to grow and expand, J.R., still active as an artist, has recently added artist consultation services to his repertoire. J.R. uses his knowledge of the music industry along with proven business plans and strategies to arm new and existing recording artists with the tools needed to succeed in today's highly competitive music industry.
